Best Sushi in Camelback East Village, Phoenix, AZ

I'm a Korean, and I know how fancy sushi places do in South Korea and Japan. This restaurant reminds me of those places-very authentic, variations are not too much Americanized, just right amount of modernization. I wish I lived near here so that I could come every week. Definitely, this is the best sushi place in the Phoenix metropolitan area (including Mesa, Gilbert, and Chandler).

This restaurant is situated in the heart of the Biltmore Fashion Square. It is classy and the food is quality. The interior ambience is classic, romantic, and the staff are so generous. Their manager, Michael, even walks by each table, randomly, asking how folks are enjoying their meal. I was impressed with his stoic, handsome, but outgoing demeanor. I will be coming here again soon.

Absolutely incredible experience! The food was amazing; everything we ordered was fresh, flavorful, and delicious. The staff was super friendly, attentive, and quick, making the whole evening smooth and enjoyable. We were seated right away and decided to go big, ordering about 8 appetizers and 5 main courses. The portions were generous, every dish was spot on, and the entire bill was just a little over $200.00 which felt like an amazing value for the quality and amount of food we enjoyed.

I just want to say what a great experience! The specialty rolls are absolutely amazing! I recommend the neogenesis if you like spicy sushi rolls! The staff are super friendly and the sushi is super fresh. I have eaten at many sushi restaurants in the valley and this place is by far my favorite! Big shout out to Jillian my waitress as she was more than accommodating and Manager Michael recommending some amazing mystery sake. Definitely coming back!
